My name is Benjamin Magogo, an attorney and avid labour and commercial law practitioner who is also a principal in the practice of Makuwaza and Magogo Attorneys (www.mnmattorneys.co.zw) established in April 2014.

I have a marked interest in labour law. I have spoken in seminars and workshops on several topical labour law issues and presented so many papers on labour issues. I have now decided to start this blog so that I can periodically share with you my past and future papers, articles and opinion pieces on topical legal issues/judgments .
